My background

For more than 20 years, I’ve coached and trained executives from companies including Amazon, Bloomberg, Goldman Sachs, Deloitte, UBS, Accenture, Citigroup, JP Morgan, Nissan, and Fidelity.

I started my career as a fund manager and investment banker with Schroders then Societe Generale.  I subsequently founded and ran a recruitment firm that placed C-level executives. My academic background is in the psychology of high performing leaders.

This combined experience has shown me that people crave great leadership. And that each of us can be ambitious in the value we create as leaders.
